Privacy & Policy

How Pranavesh Intelligence Solutions Private Limited handles personal data, products, client engagements, intellectual property, training programs, and professional conduct. For limits of reliance on website content, see our Disclaimer.

1. Scope and Applicability

This policy applies to visitors of this website, prospective clients, customers, product evaluators and licensees, trainees, interns, college partners, corporate training participants, vendors, and other stakeholders who interact with Pranavesh Intelligence Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

Our work includes software development, web and application development, cloud and DevOps implementation (with Microsoft Azure as our primary cloud platform), automation, AI-enabled systems, data platforms, software consulting, student and college training, internships, corporate upskilling, and company-owned products such as VaLam Invoice and Thirukkural.

Limits of reliance on website information, indicative outcomes, and third-party platforms are described in our Disclaimer.

2. Privacy and Personal Data

We collect only the information reasonably required to respond to enquiries, evaluate project or product needs, deliver training, manage registrations, issue or verify certificates, provide support, or comply with lawful obligations. This may include name, email address, phone number, institution or organization name, role, course or product interest, project information, and communication history.

How you may contact us

Enquiries typically arrive through email, phone, or WhatsApp. When you message us on these channels, we process the personal data you share in that conversation (for example, your name, number, attachments, and the substance of your request) so we can reply and follow up.

WhatsApp and phone carriers are third-party services. Their handling of message metadata and content is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Prefer email when you need a formal written record or wish to avoid messaging apps.

Use and sharing

Personal data is used for legitimate business purposes only. We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties except when required for service delivery, legal compliance, fraud prevention, payment processing, certificate verification, cloud hosting, communications tooling, analytics (if enabled), or with your consent.

We seek to align our privacy practices with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), where applicable.

3. Your Rights and Requests

Subject to applicable law and reasonable verification, you may request to:

  • Access personal data we hold about you in connection with our services or communications
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Request erasure or restriction where the law permits
  • Withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent (withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing)
  • Raise a grievance about how we handle your personal data

Send privacy requests to contact@pranaveshintelligence.com with enough detail for us to identify you and respond. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before acting on a request.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Website Telemetry

This website is a primarily static informational site. We do not operate a public account system or on-site enquiry form. Browser storage may be used for ordinary site function (for example, remembering UI preferences if introduced).

If we enable third-party analytics, fonts, or hosting telemetry in the future or via our hosting provider, those services may process technical data such as IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location. We will not describe analytics as “anonymous only” unless that is accurate for the tools in use. Where a cookie banner or consent mechanism becomes required for a specific tool, we will introduce it before relying on non-essential tracking.

5. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, plus any period required for legal, accounting, dispute, certificate-verification, or contractual reasons. Enquiry threads that do not become engagements are typically kept for a limited follow-up period and then deleted or archived under ordinary mailbox hygiene. Project, invoice, and training records may be retained longer as required by the engagement and applicable law.

6. Data Security and Confidentiality

We follow reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect client, learner, product, and business data. Depending on the engagement, safeguards may include access control, least-privilege permissions, encrypted transport, secure cloud storage, credential hygiene, backups, code review, vulnerability checks, and audit trails.

  • Client data is accessed only by authorized personnel assigned to the engagement.
  • Training participant data is used only for program administration, communication, assessment, and certification.
  • Credentials, secrets, and private repositories must never be shared through public channels.
  • Where a project requires stronger security or compliance controls, those controls must be specified in the contract or statement of work.

7. Products — VaLam Invoice and Thirukkural

Company-owned products are offered under separate commercial, evaluation, or license terms. Website product pages describe capability at a high level; they are not a public download portal.

VaLam Invoice

  • Access is provided through licensed use, evaluation arrangements, or demos we arrange — not through unrestricted public download from this website.
  • License scope, seat or deployment limits, support, updates, and data-handling expectations are defined in the applicable license, order, or evaluation agreement.
  • Customer business data entered into VaLam remains the customer’s responsibility; we process it only as needed to deliver the licensed product and agreed support.

Thirukkural

  • Thirukkural may be described as coming soon, in preview, or available through offline / arranged distribution depending on release status published on the product page.
  • There is no public app-store or open download link on this website unless explicitly stated for a given release.
  • Local preferences or offline usage patterns (where applicable) are intended to stay on-device; any optional sync or account features, if introduced later, will be described before they collect personal data.

Product names, interfaces, documentation, and related materials remain Company intellectual property except where third-party or open-source licenses apply.

8. Software Development and Consulting Engagements

Professional engagements are governed by a written proposal, statement of work, purchase order, master service agreement, or other agreed document. Scope, timelines, milestones, acceptance criteria, commercial terms, support obligations, and ownership terms must be recorded in writing.

We aim to deliver production-minded engineering. Software outcomes still depend on timely inputs, access, approvals, infrastructure readiness, third-party service availability, and agreed change-control processes.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pre-existing tools, templates, reusable components, accelerators, training material, frameworks, methodologies, know-how, product codebases, and generic code patterns remain the property of the Company or their respective licensors.

Custom deliverables created specifically for a client may be assigned or licensed according to the written agreement and subject to receipt of applicable payments. Open-source software remains governed by its respective license terms.

Website content, course material, syllabi outlines published on this site, assignments, recordings, slides, worksheets, assessments, diagrams, templates, designs, logos, and brand assets are owned by the Company or respective licensors unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, resold, redistributed, modified, or used for commercial training or competing services without written permission.

10. Training, Internship, and Certification

Our student, college, and corporate training programs are designed to provide practical exposure to software development and related engineering skills. Program structure, duration, topic outlines, fees, attendance requirements, assessments, projects, and certification criteria may vary by batch or institution.

  • Certificates may be issued only after satisfying attendance, assessment, conduct, and project completion requirements stated for that program.
  • Participation does not guarantee employment, placement, stipend, academic credit, or project allocation unless explicitly committed in writing.
  • Participants must maintain academic integrity and may not submit copied work as their own.
  • Corporate training content may be customized for the client and may be governed by separate confidentiality obligations.

Certificate verification

Employers or institutions may request verification of a certificate we issued by emailing contact@pranaveshintelligence.com with the participant’s full name, program name, and certificate identifiers (if any). We verify issuance against our records; verification confirms authenticity of the credential, not employment suitability.

11. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Commercial terms for projects, consulting, products, and training programs are communicated before confirmation. Invoices, taxes, payment schedules, cancellation windows, and refund eligibility are governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, license order, registration terms, or written agreement.

Unless a specific refund policy is stated for a program or product, fees paid for confirmed seats, completed sessions, consumed services, delivered milestones, or activated licenses may not be refundable.

12. Professional Conduct

We expect respectful, lawful, and professional conduct from employees, contractors, clients, learners, interns, and partners. Harassment, discrimination, abuse, plagiarism, unauthorized access, credential misuse, malicious activity, or breach of confidentiality may result in suspension or termination of access to services or programs.

13. Contact and Grievance
